"Flowers" from sausage

Many do not know what to cook with boiled sausage. Here's an excellent example of a relatively simple dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of boiled sausage;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • 3-4 average potatoes;
  • Pepper, salt, spices to taste.

Peel potatoes and cut into thin circles. Cooked sausage is also cut into mugs and fried slightly on oil on both sides. Transfer the sausage to a baking tray, slightly oiled. In the form of a flower, on top of the sausage lay the cut potatoes. Sprinkle all the spices, pour mayonnaise and boldly send to the oven.

Fried balls of sausage

If you do not know what to make of sausage, try making roasted balls. This unusual dish will please you and your whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of boiled sausage;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
  • Greenery;
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

First you need to peel the potatoes, grate themits on a large grater. Grind greens, sausage roll through a meat grinder and mix with potatoes, chopped herbs, sour cream and spices. With your hands, form balls from this mixture and fry them in preheated oil. Then pour them with tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Rice "pillow" with sausage

If you do not know what you can cook from sausage. Try this recipe. It will be appreciated by all lovers of rice, and, of course, sausages.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of smoked sausage;
  • 100 g of smoked ham;
  • 200 g of rice;
  • 200 g of canned beans (preferably red);
  • 1 tomato;
  • 2-3 onions;
  • 500 g of usual broth;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Several tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • Greens (parsley, dill and so on);
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Finely chop garlic and onions. Ham cut more, cubes. Heat the oil and fry the ham, onion, and garlic over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Cut the tomato into cubes and add it to the frying pan, along with beans, rice and spices. Thoroughly mix everything and, after about 3 minutes, add the hot broth. Stew the dish under the lid, on low heat, for about twenty minutes. Sausage sausage separately on low heat, pre-cut it with thick mugs. After everything is ready, place the sausage on a plate, on the finished rice. Sprinkle the top with greens.
