How to draw a minion in pencil?

Drawing a minion: preparing for work

In order to draw a minion, you will need:

1. blank album sheet
2. simple and colored pencils
3. eraser

Allocate free space for work and make sure that you have enough time (you need only 15-20 minutes), and then start creating a minion.

How to draw a minion in pencil in stages

1. The basis of the figure. In the middle of the sheet, draw the future head of the minion - round or oblong. We recommend starting with a round head to understand how to draw a minion correctly.
2. Inside the circle draw the perpendicular lines that will mark its center. Then - a rectangular body with rounded corners. In width and length, it should be approximately the same with the future head.
3. Drawing hairstyles. Circle the top of the circle and draw hair. At this stage, you decide what will be the gender of your future character. If you draw a minion girl, then instead of a rare grass-hair on the head of the character, draw a pencil with two pigtails.
4. Glasses and eyes. From the middle of the head draw two smaller circles - these are the glasses. Do not forget about the strap and frame. Inside there are two small circles - these are the eyes. Mark the pupils. Under the glasses, draw a small line - it's a grinning mouth.

Dressing our minion

1. Start with the "sleeves". Two small rectangles on the right and left under the head - straps from overalls. Hands in gloves, paint as if they are in sleeves from the shirt. Then, in order to finish the overalls, you will just need to fatter the lower part of the body.
2. Inside the overalls, draw a small rectangle and circle inside. If desired, you can output there the emblem of the cartoon or any other image.
3. Legs and shoes. Two small identical rectangles under the overalls - these are the panties of the minion. To draw a minion girl, add a skirt to the fold. Do not forget to draw shoes.
4. Now that all the important details are drawn, erase unnecessary markup, circle what you think is unfinished, and paint a cartoon. Your minion is ready.
