Required

  • One kilogram of pork;
  • Two hundred grams of cheese;
  • One Bulgarian pepper;
  • One hundred grams of dried white mushrooms;
  • Three tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • A bunch of green onions;
  • One hundred milliliters of white dry wine;
  • Two teaspoons of coarse mustard;
  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • One tablespoon of sour cream;
  • A teaspoon of peppercorns;
  • Salt and pepper.

Cooking method

  1. To make a pork roll, you need to fill the mushrooms with boiling water and leave for half an hour.
  2. In the middle of a piece of pork make an incision, not cutting to the end one centimeter.
  3. Next, you need to turn the pork, and make the same incisions on the left and right parallel to the first notch.
  4. Now the pork must be discarded, salt, pepper and grease with mustard.
  5. Mushrooms cut into strips, cheese grate, chop the green onions.
  6. Cut the red pepper into strips and chop the garlic.
  7. Combine cheese, pepper, garlic, onion and mushrooms, add salt and pepper.
  8. Next, the filling should be put on meat. Collapse the layer into a tight roll and tie it together.
  9. Now we need to make the sauce. To do this, mix vegetable oil, sour cream, white wine, bell pepper and salt.
  10. Roll the roll with the resulting sauce and put in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  11. Before serving, remove the thread and cut the roll.

Required

  • Chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • Prunes - 200 g;
  • Hard cheese - 100 g;

  2. Soak the prunes for ten minutes in the water. Then cut into small pieces.
  3. Cheese grate.
  4. Next, mix the cheese with prunes, sprinkle a little, add mayonnaise.
  5. Fill the loin with fillets, fold with rolls and wrap in foil.
  6. Roll the roast for 40-50 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
