How to cook a roll?

- One kilogram of pork;

- Two teaspoons of coarse mustard;
- Two cloves of garlic;
- One tablespoon of sour cream;
- A teaspoon of peppercorns;
- Salt and pepper.
Cooking method
- To make a pork roll, you need to fill the mushrooms with boiling water and leave for half an hour.
- In the middle of a piece of pork make an incision, not cutting to the end one centimeter.
- Next, you need to turn the pork, and make the same incisions on the left and right parallel to the first notch.
- Now the pork must be discarded, salt, pepper and grease with mustard.
- Mushrooms cut into strips, cheese grate, chop the green onions.
- Cut the red pepper into strips and chop the garlic.
- Combine cheese, pepper, garlic, onion and mushrooms, add salt and pepper.
- Next, the filling should be put on meat. Collapse the layer into a tight roll and tie it together.
- Now we need to make the sauce. To do this, mix vegetable oil, sour cream, white wine, bell pepper and salt.
- Roll the roll with the resulting sauce and put in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 200 degrees.
