With their help you can not only diversify your own menu, but also surprise the guests. And the main advantage of this dish is that you can prepare rolls from almost any ingredient.

Lavash rolls

One of the easiest and fastest ways.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash (one large leaf - used for wrapping);
  • Hard cheese (200 grams - enters the filling in grated form);
  • Chicken breast (1 piece - it should be boiled in slightly salted water and cut into);
  • Eggs (2 pieces - hard boiled, cooled, peeled and cut or simply kneaded);
  • Garlic (1-2 cloves - pass through the press and mix with eggs and cheese);
  • Mayonnaise (added to the egg-cheese mixture).

During the preparation, the egg-cheese mixtureshould be smeared on one half of lavash, then cover it all with a second half. Place the chicken on top. All this must be wrapped in a roll and left for half an hour in the fridge. After that, the roll can be cut and served.

How to cook eggplant rolls

You will need:

  • Eggplants (3 pieces - they should be washed, cleaned, cut into slices 1 cm, put on a baking sheet, a little salt, bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees);
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons - used to lubricate the pan);
  • Tomatoes (3 pieces - should be washed, peeled, the flesh is cut into small cubes);
  • Green onions (1 bunch - cut with thin rings);
  • Garlic (1 slice - chop finely);
  • White bread (1 piece - you need to brown a little in the oven and crumble);
  • Basil (2 tablespoons chopped greens);
  • Cheese (50 grams - grate);
  • Lemon juice;
  • Salt.

Fried eggplants with a filling oftomatoes, onions, salt, blended bread, basil, garlic, cheese and lemon juice mixed in a blender. Each slice is wrapped in a roll and fastened with a skewer or toothpick.

Rolls of courgettes

For these satisfying rolls you will need:

  • Squash (3-4 pieces - cut into thin plates, lightly fry on both sides);
  • Chicken fillet (300 grams - cut into small pieces, marinate in sour cream, garlic and salt, leave for an hour in a warm place);
  • Sour cream (100 grams - for marinade);
  • Cheese (150 grams - grate);
  • Garlic (1 clove - for marinade);
  • Salt (added to zucchini);
  • Vegetable oil (used when frying zucchini and baking rolls in the oven).

For each fried slice of courgette we spread the chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese. We turn everything into rolls, put it on a baking tray, oiled. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
