How to cook a minced meat loaf

You will need:

  • Minced meat (700 g).
  • Dried bread (2 slices).
  • Eggs (5 pieces).
  • Mushrooms (400 g).
  • Onions (2 pcs.).
  • Carrots (1 piece).
  • Ground black pepper.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Salt.

Cooking method:

  • Wash, clean and cut mushrooms in mediumpieces. Peel the carrots, grate it on a grater, finely chop the onion, or twist it through a meat grinder. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour the mushrooms there. Fire make small and add half a bulb and carrots, salt, stir, cover. Stew until cooked.

  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • Ground black pepper, salt, oregano to your taste.

Beat the schnitzels and put them on each pieceham. For a ham, put two leaves of sage. Roll everything into rolls and grind with toothpicks or wooden skewers. Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the rolls well in it.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork steaks,
  • vegetable oil,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 2 pieces each. green or red pepper,
  • 100 g of cheese,
  • spices, black pepper, salt to taste.

Thinly cut the pork, salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into strips and lay them on the meat with thin slices of pepper. Roll the rolls and fasten them with wooden spit.
