Each hostess probably knows how to cookstewed cabbage. The basic recipe and options for its preparation, we already presented in the article How to extinguish cabbage. But this dish can be prepared not only in a frying pan, but also in a multivariate or in an oven. Take note of the recipes presented here and diversify your daily menu.

Stewed Cabbage with Beans in Multivariate

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 head of cabbage;
  • 1 can of canned beans;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • salt;
  • black pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. White cabbage finely chink, onions and carrots are cleaned, mine and grind.
  2. Carrots and onions are placed in the bowl of the multivarquet and fried in vegetable oil for 5 minutes in the "frying" or "baking" mode.
  3. To the sauteed vegetables we add cabbage, beans, spices and tomato paste, mix and continue to cook in the "quenching" mode.
  4. After 50 minutes, the prepared dish is served to the table.

Brussels sprouts with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of Brussels sprouts kitten;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 onions;
  • 0.5 tbsp. water;
  • parsley greens;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. We clean both my carrots and onions, grind them. Onions cut into cubes, carrots rubbed on a grater.
  2. In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry onions with carrots.
  3. Cabbage kocheshki cut in half and lay out to toasted vegetables. Add spices and water, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped parsley to the dish and continue to simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Served as a side dish or as an independent dish.

Sauerkraut in pots

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of low-fat pork;
  • 300 g of sauerkraut;
  • 500 g of fresh cabbage;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • butter;
  • greenery;
  • salt;
  • spice.

Preparation:

  1. Fresh vegetables, clean and shred.
  2. Kvasshenuyu cabbage stew about 8 minutes. Then in a separate frying pan until half cooked, squash fresh cabbage.
  3. Onions with carrots are fried in butter, and my meat and cut into small pieces.
  4. In the pot, we lay all the ingredients in layers: meat, onions with carrots, fresh cabbage, sauerkraut. Each layer is seasoned with spices, herbs and salt.
  5. We put the pots in a hot oven for an hour and a half.
