  2. Spoon the spinach into the container. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add black peas and a bay leaf. Then close the steamer and let the greens stand for 10 minutes. It is important not to overexpose it, otherwise it will turn out to be tasteless and it will not be too pleasant to smell.
  3. Take the spinach from the steamer and put it on the dish. Serve it to the table, previously sliced.

Creamy spinach is an excellent vegetable dish that does not have a high calorie content, so it can be cooked even in fasting. It requires the following ingredients:

  • Spinach
    onions - 1 pc .;
  • spinach - 400 g;
  • cream - 150 ml;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - 2 pinch;
  • black ground pepper - ½ tsp.

Preparing cream spinach in just 20 minutes. The process itself looks like this:

  1. Scatter the spinach and rinse under running water. Then pour a cold liquid into a small container and soak the greens for 10 minutes. Then put it on a paper towel and dry it a little. Then cut the spinach into pieces 1-2 cm long.
  2. Peel garlic from the husk and rinse it underwater. Take the crush and pass the denticles through it. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Then put the frying pan on the fire, pour oil there and wait until it warms up well. Fry the garlic in it. It is necessary that it becomes golden and a pleasant fragrance begins to emanate from it. At this point, you need to add an onion to it and hold it for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Spinach, cooked with cheese, has an excellent taste and aroma. This dish came to us from Indian cuisine, so it will please many of its originality. It requires the following ingredients:

  • Spinach
    spinach - 200 g;
  • Adyghe cheese - 200 g;
  • chili pepper - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil - 15 ml;
  • bulb - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • ginger root - 5 g;
  • ground coriander - 1 teaspoon;
  • pepper and salt - to taste.

The process of making such spinach is extremely simple and consists of the following steps:

  1. Rinse and finely chop spinach. Put the greens in a saucepan, add a little water and cook until it becomes soft.
  2. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Put the frying pan and heat on it with vegetable oil. Fry the cheese in it until golden brown.
  3. Garlic, chili and ginger rastolkite in a mortar. Fry all these ingredients in another pan, add finely chopped onions and coriander.
