Potato is an inexpensive product that does not loseits popularity for several centuries. Potatoes can be cooked in a peel and without, bake, stew, fry.   1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  2. In cold water, place pieces of potatoes andcook until done for at least 30 minutes. Depending on the age and variety, the cooking time may differ. When the potatoes are ready, it becomes soft - this can easily be checked with a fork.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, pour out of the potwater and pour there pre-heated hot milk, mash potatoes. Someone adds a raw egg in puree, explaining this by the way that mashed potatoes get a more delicate taste.
  4. Now take the mixer and mix it with a smoothie. After this, add a little oil and whisk again with a blender.

Keep in mind that if you add beet juice or finely chopped herbs, spinach or turmeric in a puree, you can change the color of the familiar dish and make the meal more interesting.

Baked potato mash with minced meat

  1. Prepare the puree by adding an egg to it.
  2. Fry the forcemeat with your favorite spices.
  3. Put into the baking dish first minced, and top with mashed potatoes, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Put in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes

  1. Cook the mashed potatoes.
  2. Prepare beef in a Stroganov style.
  3. Try to combine the cooking process so that both dishes are fresh and hot at the time of filing.
  4. Sprinkle the dishes with herbs and serve them together.
