- 500 g of fish fillet;

The egg is whipped and also poured into minced fish. We heat the frying pan, add oil, form minced meatballs, crumble in corn grits and fry from both sides until ready. For their preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- One kilo of fish fillets;
- 150 grams of butter;
- A few chicken eggs;
- Crumbs for breading;
- One kilogram of potatoes;
- 150 grams of sunflower oil;
- 300 grams of bread;
- Greenery;
- Salt pepper.
Fish fillets should be cut into medium pieces andto repulse. On each of these pieces of fish you need to put a little cream and greens. Then the fish piece should be rolled into a tube, dipped in an egg and rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with the addition of sunflower oil, until cooked.
