Safe way

Turn off the computer.
Remove the protection cover of the system unit.
Unplug the power cord from the power supply.
Wait 10-15 seconds.
Find a jumper that will be located near the contact with the words ClrCMOS, CCMOS, ClRTC or CRTC.
Move it from position 1-2 to position 2-3 for 5-10 seconds and return to the initial position.
