How to reset settings to iPad: Instruction

On the main desktop of your tablet, youyou can see a shortcut called "Settings." Click on it and you will be in the settings menu. Next, select the tab (in the left column) "Basic". Now click on the "Reset" option. You will see a list of what you can reset to the factory settings.

Further on the functions:

  • "Reset all settings" - at the touch of a button you will return the device to its original form and configuration that was installed at the manufacturer;

  • "Reset keyboard dictionary" - here you can reset all the settings relating to the abbreviations and new words invented by you during the use of the iPad;
  • "Reset settings" Home "- returns the desktop tablet in its original form, simultaneously deleting the shortcuts of all applications, but not the applications themselves;
  • "Reset provisioning" - this option will cancel all settings for geolocation and privacy of your iPad, which will reset the device to the factory settings.
