Homemade patties from pork and beef

The classic version of cutlets from mixed stuffing - pork and beef - is easy to find in stores, as it is more popular.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chilled minced meat from pork and beef;
  • 1 large onion;
  • oil for frying;
  • 3 cloves garlic;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 30 ml of milk;
  • 2 slices of white bread or rolls;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry it in a pan with the addition of a small amount of oil until golden brown.
  2. Separate the bread from the crusts and soak in milk for about 10 minutes.
  3. Put the forcemeat into a deep bowl, add onions and bread, add salt, pepper.
  4. Stir thoroughly. Now with the garlic press squeeze into minced garlic, add the egg and again thoroughly mix everything.
  5. From the received forcemeat form cutlets and put them on a tray. Clean the refrigerator for at least half an hour. It is necessary to do this so that the cutlets are not boiled and juicier.
  6. After half an hour, warm up in a deep frying pan the right amount of vegetable oil for frying.
  7. Place the cutlets and fry on each side until cooked.

When serving such cutlets sprinkle them finelychopped greens. On a garnish vegetable salads or mashed potatoes are good. Also, you can make cutlets less bulky, and with their help to cook homemade burgers.
