Preparation

  1. Peel the onion from the peel and chop it finely.
  2. On a preheated frying pan fry it until golden.
  3. Add the onion to the mince along with the salt, pepper and seasonings, squeeze garlic crock with garlic and mix thoroughly.
  4. In the frying pan, heat a small amount of oil.
  5. Now form the cutlets of the right size (it is better to make small ones - so prepare faster) and lay them on a hot pan.
  6. Gently fry until done on both sides, turning regularly, so that the cutlets do not come out dry and burnt.
