Carrot steamed: recipe

The recipe is suitable for both a child and an adult who is dieting.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of milk;
  • 500 grams of carrots;
  • 2 tablespoons of semolina;
  • Fresh greens (dill / parsley);
  • Olive oil;
  • Sugar to taste;
  • 1 yolk.

Preparation

  1. Wash the carrots, peel it and grate it on a shallow grater.
  2. In the pot, pour in the milk, add the grated carrots, sugar and simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. After the specified time, add semolina, stir and stew for 10 more minutes.
  4. After this time, remove from heat and allow the resulting mass to cool.
  5. After cooling, add yolk, finely chopped greens and mix.
  6. Form the cutlets of the size you need.
  7. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Carrot in a frying pan: recipe

Wonderful autumn recipe. You can add it with dried apricots or sprinkle with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams of carrots;
  • 100 grams of flour;
  • Olive oil;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • Salt, pepper, spices to taste.

Preparation

  1. Rinse the carrots, peel it and grate it.
  2. Whisk the eggs and add carrots, flour, salt and spices to them. Allow to brew for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and, forming the cutlets from the resulting mass, fry them until ready - until golden brown.

These cutlets are served hot and with sour cream.
