Recipe for potato cutlets

Prepare cutlets from potatoes will not be difficult for you, well, unless at the initial stage or when you will do them for the first time. But despite this, the result will not disappoint you.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of potatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cook the mashed potatoes. To do this, boil the potatoes in a little salted water. Give it a little to boil. After that, take it out of the pan, let it get on and dry it with a paper towel. Now add the milk (to your taste, as each of us likes mashed potatoes) and a little butter. With a mixer, mash.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden in olive oil.
  3. Add to our puree eggs, onions and mix thoroughly.
  4. From the resulting mass, form several cutlets, each of which panize in flour.
  5. Roast in olive oil until a golden crust is formed.

Such cutlets should be served hot with finechopped greens. Sauce can be added to taste - tomato paste, ketchup, sauces on mayonnaise basis. Also do not forget that this recipe can be varied by adding mushrooms fried with onion, ham or cheese to the cutlets.
