How many calories in mashed potatoes are a separate topic for conversation, because depending on the additives, the energy value of the final product can also vary significantly. Lean puree

This dish is well cooked during fasting. This light, dietary option does not harm the gastrointestinal tract, it will help to keep the figure, well feeding the body with carbohydrates, of which eighty-five percent is potatoes. In its raw form, its calorific value is 77 kcal. But it is interesting that peeled and boiled in water, it reduces its energy value to 65.
