Do not accelerate. Give as much gas as when you started the car. At first you will have enough movement at 5-10 km / h.
Make stops. For this, after passing a little, clamp the clutch pedal and, without releasing it, gently press the brake pedal, millimeter by millimeter, pressing it into the floor. After a full stop, pull the handbrake, remove the gear (put on the "neutral") and only then remove the legs from the pedals.
