How to make the strike stronger?

Watching the militants, we often think: "Yes, he would have fallen since such a blow!", But in most cases, the strike only seems strong when it is not. You will be surprised, but there are a lot of laws and techniques that need to be worked out and studied in order to stack the enemy with one blow. Well, let's figure out how to strike harder.

Basics

  • The strength of the impact is determined by the mass and acceleration that was given to this mass itself. This means that the greater the weight of the part of the body that you hit, and the more sharply you do it, the stronger will be the impact.
  • Activate the body. During the impact, not only the part of the body that you are striking, but the whole body, should move. He called his theory "inch shock", and it sounds like this: "Body displacement per inch (2.54 cm) is more effective than moving the arm by a foot (30 cm)".
  • Keep distance. The right distance is the most important factor. If your arm or leg is straightened too much, striking, it will not be strong, even if it has a huge potential.

Importance of the position of the body

Regardless of which part of the body you aregoing to beat - with a hand or a foot, the correct starting position should be preserved - feet, legs, hips, body, shoulders, hands and head. Yes, the blow is not such a simple matter, as it seems at first glance, you have to control your body by 100%. Let's analyze the position of each part of the body a little more:

  • Feet - slightly wider than the width of the shoulders, the heel of the hind foot is slightly elevated.
  • Legs - slightly bent at the knees.
  • Hips - ready to turn, during the impact they need to deploy in the direction of the opponent, this will increase the force of the impact.
  • Body - hold straight, do not bend to "get" the opponent - it's better to step forward than to bend over.
  • Shoulders - relaxed, protect forces for impact, during the impact - we lift the shoulders.
  • The brushes are relaxed and, like the shoulders, protect the forces for impact - form a fist, but do not strain it.
  • Head - chin slightly lowered, eyes 100% active, with impact - hard exhalation.

When to strike?

The rigidity of the blow is an important point: the harder the blow, the stronger it is. When is a hard blow possible? There are four rules:

  • The correct distance - first aim, and then hit, you do not need to rush with a blow, the main thing is to execute it as correctly as possible.
  • The moment the opponent strikes - the counter strikes are always stronger.
  • The moment when the opponent does not expect a strike.
  • Kick at an angle - such strokes are always tougher.

How to train a stroke?

There are two universal ways - running and swimming. The first way is more accessible, the second way is more effective. Running, basically, involves the legs and to a lesser extent other parts of the body, but the swimming forces all the muscles to work at full power.
