From what you can make topiary

One of the advantages of this type of decorative products is that they can be created from a variety of materials.

So, you can make a tree with your own hands from:

paper and fabric tapes;
fabric and lace;
threads and ropes, sisal;
beads;
cones, chestnuts and acorns;
nuts;
paper;
artificial flowers and leaves;
napkins;
newspapers;
macaroni products;
shells;
caramel sweets;
balls (not inflated);
packing mesh from a bouquet of flowers.

And if you want to make a money tree with your own hands, then the crown will have to be decorated with artificial (or even real) bills or coins.

Topiary for loved ones

The tree is perfect for decorationyour home, and as a gift to a loved one whom you love, for example, on the occasion of Valentine's Day or the anniversary of the wedding, the first meeting, on March 8.

Preparation

To make a tree of happiness with your own hands, you will need:

Multicolored thick paper;
Pins and beads (or pins with decorated heads);
Scissors;
Pencil.

In addition, you will need to decide what you will takefor the basis of the tree. You will need a base for the crown. This can be a ball of foam that can be purchased at the needlework store, or a self-created ball of crumpled paper / newspaper, smeared on top of the PVA. The trunk can be made from a long pencil or a small branch of a tree. In the crown ball you will first need to make a hole in which you will then insert the barrel.

The finished tree can be fixed in a suitableaccording to the style and size of the flower pot. For example, you can do this with a piece of foam or foam, filled with gypsum. You can do it in another way: take a beautiful candlestick and just fix the ready-made ball-crown in place of the candle. This will greatly simplify the matter and will look aesthetically pleasing.

The process of making topiary

Draw on the colored paper flowers and hearts of different sizes.
Cut them out.
Fix the figures in pairs to get a more voluminous complex composition.
Take the ball and use pins to attach the figures to your liking.
Corners of individual flowers can be slightly bent upwards - so the composition will look even more cute.
Place the ball on the candlestick or fasten it with a rod-sticks in the pot. Done!

Topiary for Easter

The tree will turn out to be very bright, funny, positive. They can safely decorate the festive table for Easter, present to relatives or friends.

Preparation

For creativity, you will need:

Ball for the crown. It can also be made from foam plastic or, for example, plastic (it can be bought at a children's store);
Branch, wand, pencil for the trunk;
Multicolored sisal;
Silicone adhesive;
Artificial flowers, ribbons, beads for decoration;
Flower pot (if you do not use a candlestick);
Filler for the pot, which will fix the tree.

The process of making topiary

Smooth the sisal small balls.
In the ball-crown, make a hole for the trunk. If necessary, the trunk can be wound with ribbons, colored threads.
Using silicone glue, attach tangles of thread to the balloon.
Now put the crown on the trunk, and then, in turn, fasten in the pot with a fixing filler.
Decorate the crown with glue flowers, ribbons, beads.
For decor at the base of the tree, you can put a nest with birds - they can be bought in the store or made independently. Done!

If you fix the crown, as in the previous version, on the candlestick, then neither the trunk nor the base for the tree will be required, which means that the work will be faster and more productive.

Topiary with sweets

The highlight of this craft is that youwill not only be a decorative product, but also a kind of vase for candy. This option is perfect as a delicious gift for children, a friend, a mother, a grandmother, a loved one.

Preparation

To make a tree, take:

Ball;
Scissors;
Double sided tape;
Beautiful caramels (without wrappers);
A rod for the trunk;
Pot or box for the base;
Pot filler;
Ribbons, flowers made of paper and fabric and any other details for decoration.

The process of making topiary

In the ball, make a hole for the trunk.
Glue the balloon with a double-sided tape.
Glue on it caramels.
Fill the space with decorative elements.
The trunk can also decorate on your own.
Put the stick-barrel into a pot or box, cover it with cotton, cardboard, or something else and decorate with caramels, only in wrappers. Done!

Tips for making topiary

Choose a pot of diameter slightly smaller than the crown of a tree.
Do not forget about the moderation in the decor.
For convenience, it is better to use an adhesive gun - with it you accurately attach not only large parts, but also the smallest (for example, beads, sequins).
Before you start to glue the details, carefully consider their location. You can even draw a sketch on a piece of paper.
