How to draw a diagram?

Quite often, the preparation of documents orpresentations implies the use of various graphic elements and schemes in them. Thanks to them, you can more accurately convey the cause-effect relationships and dependencies.

Work with electronics can not do withoutuse schemes of printed circuit boards and nodes of various devices, which should be able to not only read but also draw. Computers greatly facilitate this task. Now even a person who does not know about such things as Whatman, Culman and the voyage can draw a precise and detailed diagram.

MS Word

The program Microsoft Word gives the opportunity not only for typing and formatting text, but also for working with graphic elements in it. You can draw a diagram in the Word:

1. open the "Insert" section;
2. click on the button "Figures" in the subsection "Illustrations";
3. in the category "Block diagram" we select the necessary figure (most often we use a circle, a square and a line);
4. We move the cursor to the place on the document where the first block is planned to be placed;
5. Clamping the left mouse button, move the cursor (stretch the block to the desired size).

The rest of the elements are drawn in the same way. After the first figure appears in the upper left corner, a subsection opens to quickly access other shapes.

sPlan

sPlan is a specific program,designed for drawing electronic circuits on a computer. You can download it here or here. Thanks to it, there is now no need to manually draw out each diode or resistor. Enough:

1. run the program;
2. select the required elements on the leftmost panel (for convenience they are divided into sections);
3. move them to the desktop of the program;
4. build in the required order;
5. connect with tools in the middle left panel;
6. Sign the diagram or individual items using tools in the middle left panel (if necessary).

Saving finished schemas to sPlan is done in GIF and JPG formats.
