The photographer came to Alaska to take pictures of polar bears but did not find snow there
In October this year, photographer Patty Weymayr(Patty Waymire) went to Barter Island, which is in the Beaufort Sea off the coast of Alaska to photograph polar bears in the snow, however, there she was greatly disappointed. Arriving on the island, Patty was surprised to find that there had not yet fallen snow, and the sea ice had not started to form. About the photos of the bears frolicking in snow-white snow, we had to forget, for the majestic masters of sea ice appeared before her lying in the sand on the shore. This sad picture speaks for itself, and serves as a reminder to each of us about the consequences of global warming.
