The cooking time at 180 degrees will beabout 10-15 minutes. At a lower temperature of about 80 degrees, you will need to cook for about half an hour. Every 5 minutes it is recommended to stir the crackers for the appearance of a uniform crispy crust.

Additives to crackers

Resourceful housewives know how to make delicious crackers with various additions. You can use almost any spice, the most successful are the following additives:

  • salt;
  • thyme;
  • saffron;
  • cardamom;
  • pressed or dry garlic;
  • finely chopped greens of dill;
  • coriander;
  • grated cheese.

To make croutons with additives, you need alreadychopped pieces of bread pour into a plastic bag, add spices with a small amount of any vegetable oil, close and properly shake to evenly stir the contents. After this, pour everything onto a baking sheet and fry it in a standard way. Vegetable oil is necessary in order for dry spices to be firmly entrenched on the surface of bread pieces.
