  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • onion - 2 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • salt and pepper - 1 pinch.

For this dish, it is best to take fresh porcini mushrooms. Then it will have a more intense taste. The recipe for cooking mushrooms in a multivariate looks like this:

  1. Take mushrooms and wash thoroughly under running water, then transfer them to a paper towel and dry.
  2. Put mushrooms on a cutting board and cut into small pieces, which should be the same in size.
  3. Take the onion, peel off the husk, carefully wash and cut into small cubes.
  4. Pour a specified amount of vegetable oil into the pot from the multivark.
  5. Throw in chopped onion and fry it until golden brown for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms to the ingredient in the multivarquet, close the appliance with a lid and cook everything in the "Baking" mode for 10 minutes.
  7. Open the multivark, pour the ingredients with sour cream and salt.
