- mushrooms - 500 g;
- sour cream - 100 ml;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- vegetable oil - 40 ml;
- salt and pepper - 1 pinch.
For this dish, it is best to take fresh porcini mushrooms. Then it will have a more intense taste. The recipe for cooking mushrooms in a multivariate looks like this:
- Take mushrooms and wash thoroughly under running water, then transfer them to a paper towel and dry.
- Put mushrooms on a cutting board and cut into small pieces, which should be the same in size.
- Take the onion, peel off the husk, carefully wash and cut into small cubes.
- Pour a specified amount of vegetable oil into the pot from the multivark.
- Throw in chopped onion and fry it until golden brown for 5-7 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to the ingredient in the multivarquet, close the appliance with a lid and cook everything in the "Baking" mode for 10 minutes.
- Open the multivark, pour the ingredients with sour cream and salt.
- Close the appliance again and cook the dish on the same regimen for another 20 minutes.
- Ready mushroom dish can be served immediately on the table. It can be decorated with chopped herbs or sprinkled with grated hard cheese.
