There are several simple ways to do this. Consider them.

Microwave oven

The easiest and quickest way is to put the frozen meat in the microwave oven and set the "defrost" mode. Time is set according to the size of a piece of meat.

Saucepot with water

Meat can be simply lowered into a pan with warm water and after 10-15 minutes you can start cooking. However, in this way the product loses useful substances, taste and its juiciness.

Plastic bag

Drop a piece of meat into a plastic bag,tightly tie it and put it under the flow of warm water from the tap. Minus this method - the package needs to be rotated periodically, so that the content is evenly thawed.

Warm air

  • Meat should be cut into several pieces, put them on a baking tray and blow it out from afar or just leave it near an open window or a warm battery.
