  • sugar - 1,2 kg;
  • black currant - 1 kg;
  • water 100 ml;
  • citric acid - ½ tsp.

The process of preparation of jam consists of these stages:

  2. Put a pot of water on the fire and put sugar in it.
  3. Rub the currant in a container with liquid and mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Bring to a boil the mass and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Add citric acid to the currant, remove the foam and stand on the fire for another 5 minutes.
  6. Ready jam is removed from the fire and poured over sterilized jars, and then roll.

  • vodka 750 ml;
  • sugar - 10 g;
  • lemon peel - 10 g;
  • black currant - 200 g.

To prepare the filling, you need to act like this:

  1. Take the fresh currant, pick it over and crush it with a cricket.
  2. The resulting gruel from the berries, put in a jar, pour vodka, add sugar and lemon zest.
  3. Insist all this for 5 days in a dark place, then it will only be necessary to strain, after which the fill will be ready.

Black currant sauce

Black currant sauce is suitable for various vegetable and meat dishes. For its preparation it is required to take:

  • red wine - 150 ml;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • sugar - 10 g;
  • soy sauce - 15 ml;
  • tomato paste - 10 g;
  • pepper and salt - to taste.

Prepares the sauce for this recipe as follows:

  1. Rinse berries, go through, crush, wipe through a sieve and transfer to a container.
  2. Fill the mass of berries with wine and boil until it is reduced by half.
  3. Add soy sauce, chopped garlic, tomato paste, pepper, salt and sugar to the currant, mix everything thoroughly and serve it to the table.
