  • 750 ml of water;
  • 1 bag of vanillin.

Preparation:

  1. Go through the currant, well wash it. Transfer to an enamel saucepan, add water. Put on the fire and bring the mass to a boil.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and rub the mass through a sieve. Put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan, add sugar, vanillin.
  3. Boil the mixture over low heat for 30 minutes. After that, sterilize the jars, pour jelly on them and roll them. The sample can be removed in a few days.

  • 700 ml of water;
  • 2 kg of sugar;
  • 1 bag of vanillin.

Preparation:

  1. Go over the berry, wash it. Boil water, transfer the currant to a colander and dip it into boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer the berry into a container and mash it well. Add sugar, vanillin, water, carefully mix the ingredients and put on fire.
  3. Cook the red currant jam until the mass is boiled 2 times. Then sterilize the jars, spread the delicacy over them and roll them down.
