The classic recipe for pasta in the Navy provides for the use of only five basic ingredients. These include:

  • meat;
  • pasta;
  • bow;
  • butter;
  • water.

All other additives, such as tomato paste,carrots, cheese, sour cream, etc., are not included in the classic recipe. Usually, for pasta-making, take lean pork, although instead of it you can use beef or mutton. There are two basic recipes for cooking macaroni. The first of them (the main one) involves the use of pre-boiled meat. In the second recipe (simplified) of the raw meat immediately make minced meat, which is then subjected to heat treatment.

How to cook pasta in the first way

Ingredients:

  • raw meat (pork or beef) - 500 - 600 grams;
  • macaroni from durum wheat (preferably "Feather" or "Horns") - 400 grams;
  • onion - two large onions;
  • water - three liters;
  • vegetable oil refined - not less than half a glass;
  • salt and ground black pepper.

Preparation

  1. Boil the meat until cooked and refrigerate it.
  2. Bulbs clean, wash and finely chop.
  3. Cut the meat into slices and pass them through the meat grinder.
  4. Boil in salted water to taste pasta, flip them into a colander.
  5. While macaroni are cooked, fry onions in a deep frying pan.
  6. When it becomes soft, transparent and sweet to the taste, place the meat in a frying pan and continue to fry the minced meat for several more minutes continuously stirring it.
  7. To taste, salt and pepper the meat. If the stuffing is too dry, add a few spoons of hot boiled water into it.
  8. Put the boiled pasta in a frying pan and mix it with meat with a shovel.
  9. Lightly fry the pasta along with the meat and turn off the fire.

The ingredients are the same as in the first recipe.

Cooking procedure

  1. Wash meat, peel it from films and fat, cut it into small pieces. Twice the meat through a meat grinder.

To prevent the meat from being dry and well-cut, cover the pan with a lid. From time to time, remove the lid and mix the stuffing with a shovel.
  5. While the forcemeat is stewed, cook until ready to cook pasta. Throw them in a colander.
  6. When the stuffing becomes soft and lightly toasted, transfer the pasta and onions into it, stir the dish, and for several minutes, heat it over a small fire under the lid.
