Macaroni - a common everyday dish for manyof people. This is easy to explain - they are prepared quickly, as a garnish suitable for any meat, as well as fish and poultry and do not require complicated culinary actions. Of no small importance is the diversity of the final result, since it is possible to prepare pasta (seashells, for example) in many ways.

First stage

First of all, any pasta must be cooked. The standard procedure is as follows:

  1. The water is poured into the container at the rate of liter per 100 g of pasta.
  2. The water is poured to taste, the fire is lit, and the water is brought to a boil.
  3. Place the pasta in a pan and mix until the water boils.
  4. The fire diminishes, and the products are cooked to the full. Usually cooking takes 7 to 10 minutes (if you bought macaroni from hard wheat, not fast cooking).
  5. The water is drained with a colander, butter is added to the pasta (if no sauce is used), and the dish is served on the table.

How to cook seashells with minced meat

Most often, pasta is used simply as agarnish to a meat dish. However, you can make them a full second. The most famous way how to cook seashells with minced meat is the so-called pasta in Fleet style. This is done like this:

  1. Shells are boiled in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
  2. Finely chopped onion is fried in lean oil until transparent.
  3. Prepared minced meat (chicken, pork or from different kinds of meat) is added to the frying pan.
  4. With constant stirring, the contents of the frying pan are fried to a uniform brownish color.
  5. Minced meat is laid out in pasta, all evenly mixed and served on the table.

How to cook stuffed seashells

Very tasty are obtained pasta, if theirstuff. It is better to take large varieties, since it is easier and more convenient to make stuffed shells of large size than small ones. Products will require the following:

  1. 250 g large seashells;
  2. half a liter of milk;
  3. half a kilogram of stuffing (most often take chicken);
  4. 2 spoons of flour;
  5. 1 onion;
  6. 50 g of butter;
  7. pepper, salt and - if desired - other favorite spices.

Stuffing pasta is pretty troublesome, but it's worth trying, since it's better to cook large pasta shells in a different way and that it's rather tasty. Stages of preparation:

  1. Seashells and minced meat are prepared in the same way as the recipe for "pasta in the Navy".
  2. Farshhem stuffed shells and put them on a baking tray or in a frying pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a separate bowl, fry the flour in it to a golden shade, pour the milk and salt in a thin stream with stirring.
  4. The resulting sauce to pour the pasta.
  5. Put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

You can do the same in separate forms. Then you will get separate portions, which can be immediately served on the table.
