For cooking semolina in milk you will need:

  • Semolina - 3 tablespoons;
  • Milk - 500 ml.,
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon;

  1. Bring the milk to a boil. We must make sure that the milk is fresh, otherwise it can curdle during boiling.
