  • Mix the egg mixture with bacon, salt and parmesan cheese.
  • While stirring constantly, dilute the sauce with warm water or cream until you have a creamy consistency.

Spaghetti sauce with shrimps

The recipe for a delicious sauce with shrimps will take a long time, but the dish will be decorated with the most exquisite dinner.

  • 200 gr. Salmon fillet bake for 5 minutes covered with foil in a greased olive oil, together with 2 tablespoons. dry red wine and 1 tsp. ground tarragon.
  • Add 4 large shrimps, peeled, and bake until the salmon is ready, 10-15 minutes.
  • Boil green bean-1 bean in boiling water until half-ready.
  • In the 2 tbsp. spoon of preheated olive oil, 5 minutes fry 6 finely chopped mushrooms and one onion, then add 120 ml. dry red wine and a couple of crushed garlic cloves.
  • The resulting mixture is cooked for 10 minutes, thoroughly mixing.
  • Top up 4 tablespoons. cream and remove from heat.
  • Stir the sauce with boiled spaghetti, beans and a flaked fish.
  • Spread on plates, decorating each serving with shrimp, a sprig of tarragon grated parmesan.

Mushroom sauce
