- If you do not have time to cook in the morningsomething interesting, then we advise you to prepare some of the ingredients from the evening. You can, for example, in the evening beforehand cut bread, fish, vegetables or cheese. At night, you can also soak dried fruit, pick and clean the nuts from the debris.
