All you need is:

  1. Fresh champignons
  2. Frying pan
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Salt

To begin, thoroughly rinse the mushrooms inordinary cold water. Gently walk on each of them with a towel, make sure that excess moisture disappears. Next, separate the legs from the hats. Both cut the plates.

  • For frying, small mushrooms are more suitable, because they contain an order of less moisture than large ones.
  • Some before frying boil the champignons in slightly salted water, about ten minutes.
  • To give a special, mouth-watering flavor and taste, try to pickle the marinated mushrooms in a pan. They fry for only three minutes.
