Pesticides are a word of Latin origin, which can literally be translated as "killing an infection". What are pesticides? Today, pesticides are chemicals that are used to control various pests, as well as plant diseases.

The scope of these substances is very large: they are used in agriculture, gardeners in their plots, zoological farms and even in sawmills to destroy bark beetles. So, for example, herbicides are used to kill weeds, insecticides are used to get rid of harmful insects, fungicides are from pathogenic fungi, and harmful warm-blooded animals (for example, rats or mice) are killed by zoocides.

Despite all the use of pesticides, it is not necessaryforget that these are extremely toxic substances. They are harmful to many animals, especially for birds. Some of these substances are banned in many countries of the world, not only because of harm to animals, but also because of the harmful effects on the environment and the atmosphere.
