Who invented the locomotive?

A locomotive is an autonomous locomotive that usesas engine steam engines. It is interesting that it was the locomotive that became the first transport moving along the rails, and at the time when the locomotive was invented, the words "locomotive" did not yet exist.

In the late XVIII-early XIX century, many inventorstried to create a machine that would move along the rails due to the power of steam, but the first successful design of the locomotive was introduced in 1804 by Richard Trevithic. Of course, the current maneuverable and light locomotives are far from the heavy and clumsy Trevithick car, but this does not detract from the discovery of the scientist.
