How to assemble a generator?

You may need to assemble a generator,when energy is needed, and there is no access to stationary power sources. It is quite possible to build such an assembly with one's own hands. It is important to prepare in advance all the necessary details and follow the sequence of the work.

Required Details

To assemble the generator, you will need to prepare:

spool from spinning;
wire;
an elastic band;
glue;
plastic disc with a diameter of 2-3 cm;
a motor with a pas;
silicone.

Assembling the Generator

Now go to the generator assembly:

Disassemble the spool by removing the fishing line, key, nut and rotating mechanism from it.
Take the motor, install the disassembled reel on it, and then tighten it with two pieces of wire.
The place of contact of the coil and motor lubricate with silicone and glue.
In the disk, cut a small groove, and in the center - an opening, the diameter of which should correspond to the axis of the coil.
Place the disc in the center of the reel, thenmake its alignment, and then pull the elastic band between the small and large pass of the motor.
