How to learn to dance tectonics?
Many youth representatives are asking: how to learn to dance tectonics at home. Not everyone has the opportunity to go to different dance sections and engage with professional teachers. And to visit the sections may simply not have enough time. Therefore, you can learn to dance tectonics at home.
Basics of the basics
- Features of tectonics are goodcoordination of movements, ability to own one's body. Therefore, special attention should be given precisely to exercises that will help you develop coordination and flexibility of the body. For example, there is an easy exercise that will help make the dance elements more coordinated: take one apple in each hand, spread your legs to the width of your shoulders, close your eyes, and then throw up the apples and try to catch them, but you can not open your eyes, nor can you move from the place (by the way, instead of apples you can use tennis balls).
- When you walk, regularly pass through a narrow curb, and in the transport try not to hold on to the handrails. These simple exercises will help you improve coordination of movements.
- With regard to flexibility, the aid will comeordinary slopes to the floor (of course, without bending the knees), and a simple "bridge" (you need to bend back, trying to reach out with the hands of the sofa, the table, and ideally - the floor), you can also do yoga.
- Do not forget to work on the stamina of the feet, since the Tectonics dance requires physical preparation.
- In such a dance, speed of execution is no less importantmovements. Develop it as follows: at the maximum speed that you are only able to, alternate the run in place with the movements with the arms bent at the elbows (this should look like you beat someone very fast). The duration of such an exercise should be at least 10 sets of 20 seconds each.
Continuing education
- If possible, try to learn several video lessons in 1 day, but no more.
- Try to come up with your own movements and ligaments. Most likely, it will take less time for you to study your ligaments, than on learning others.
- Listen as diverse as possiblemusic - this will help to make movements and ligaments in rhythm. Try mentally dancing Tectonics, even if you are on a bus or on the street. Such a process helps to select various transitions between bundles, and later to come up with their own unique movements.
- Do not forget that it is necessary to move undermusic, you must be able to catch the tempo ("consider" the rhythm to yourself, this will help not to get off), try to adjust to the fast tempo of the movement, because the most important thing in the dance is musicality.
