How to draw a temple?

Stages of drawing a temple

Before step by step drawing a temple, one shouldtake a sheet of paper and a simple well sharpened pencil. In the first step, a vertical line should be drawn in the pencil on the right side of the sheet. From the point from which you started building a vertical line, you must draw two inclined lines that should diverge at the same angle. Similarly to the constructed scheme, you should finish the left part of the drawing. As a result, you should get an even parallelepiped, the angle of which is at its lowest point, where all the lines meet. The dashed line will need to identify the base and edges of the parallelepiped, and in its center upwards one line should be drawn. This will serve as a guide for the structure of the dome. And then on the sides of the parallelepiped, you need to draw four vertical lines.

At the second stage, you will need to drawan arcuate upward curved line, which will be the base of the dome. Down from it should draw the boundaries of the bell tower. And the tower should come out from the base of the dome and end on the roof of the lower tier of the temple. Next, you need to refine the upper edge of the dome, so that it looks like a pointed bulb.

The third stage involves the construction of threesemi-cylindrical figures on the left side on the side wall of the lower tier of the building. Their height should be equal to the temple itself. Next to them you need to draw pointed canopies and decorate the roof of the temple on the right and left in the form of three curved arches.

The fourth stage is followed by the right wall of the buildingdraw a door, and above it 3 windows. Then on the perimeter of the bell tower you need to draw a few narrow windows. Then use a simple pencil to shade the darkened sections of the door, towers and windows and use the shadow to give the volume of the dome. The whole temple is ready.
