  2. At the bottom of each page of the copy is a blue pastethe responsible person makes a note "Copy is true". Then the date of registration of the document is indicated and the seal of the organization is put. Note! Part of her print must necessarily go to the text of the entry.

If a person at the time of creating a copy at the enterprise or in the office does not work anymore, the corresponding entry is also made: "Such-and-such is dismissed from such a number, and at the moment does not work at the enterprise." They print out copies of every page of the document, then stitch them, number them, and at the end make a note: "A certain number of pages are stitched and numbered.
