Quite often, the reason why it does not changelanguage, is a banal malfunction in the operation of the system. It is also possible due to the failure of the language bar and the absence of the ctfmon.exe program process, or simply the function has disappeared. The reasons can be different, just like the solutions to this problem.

The very first thing that applies to anysoftware crashes - restart the computer. In 90% of cases this is enough. If the restart does not help, then you need to use the Start menu, go to the settings, then the control panel, select the language and regional standards. There you need to enter the languages, in the opened tab choose more details and keyboard options. Select "Switch between input languages" and press the key combination change. Check the "Switch input languages" box. Then specify Alt on the left + Shift and uncheck the "Toggle keyboard layouts".

In general, you can disable the keyboard layout and install the program Punto Switcher, which automatically installs the keyboard layout.
