How to download a presentation on a USB flash drive?

If you do not know how to download the presentation to the USB flash drive, then use our recommendations. You can save a presentation in two simple ways.

Save the source file

1. We insert the USB flash drive into the computer and open it (My computer - Removable disk).
2. Open the folder with the presentation.
3. Copy the file with the presentation.
4. We paste it into the folder on the flash drive.

Save the archive

1. We insert the USB flash drive into the computer and open it (My computer - Removable disk).
2. Open the folder with the presentation and archive the desired file.
3. Drag the resulting archive from the presentation folder to the folder with the USB flash drive.

Helpful advice

If your presentation has insertedaudio and video files stored on the computer, they also need to be copied to the USB flash drive. Otherwise, the audio and video transferred to the USB flash drive will not be played. The same goes for additional fonts. If you used downloaded (additional) fonts in the presentation, then if you save the presentation on the USB flash drive, they also need to be saved to it. Only in this case, such fonts in the transferred presentation will be reflected correctly.
