How to salt russula?
Raw trees are popular for picking mushrooms. By the convenience and frequency of salting, it can be compared only with oil. Ingredients
- 2 kilograms of russules;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon of salt;
- a small twig of blueberry.
Preparation
- Transfer the russula into a bowl, brush them, removing debris and dirt.
- Rinse mushrooms in cool water. Then soak them for 10 minutes in cold water.
- Drain the liquid, place in a saucepan, top with garlic, cut it into 3-4 pieces. Salt, break and put a branch of blueberries, then mix thoroughly.
- Cover and let stand for 12 hours.
- Before use, add one onion, cut into rings, and vegetable oil, mix and serve.
You can replace the twig of blueberry with leavescurrants or cherries, add peppercorns, for fans of unusual taste fit horseradish. When picking mushrooms, use the ingredients that you like. When preserving, simply boil the jars, put mushrooms in them and roll them.
