Braised Horse

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of meat;
  • 2 teaspoons of butter;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 300 grams of potatoes;
  • sauce in Tatar;
  • mustard - to taste;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation

  1. Wash meat and cut into pieces of 35-40 grams, salt, pepper, add mustard.
  2. Stir and remove the meat in the marinade for 40 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. After this time, melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat.
  4. Then remove the meat from the frying pan and put into a pan, adding 150-200 ml of water, simmer.
  5. Cook the potatoes, cut it into small pieces. Onion cut into rings, carrots rub on a large grater.
  6. Add the vegetables to the meat and season with the sauce in Tatar. Stew meat with vegetables for about 25-30 minutes until cooked.
