After this, you need to lay out the mushrooms on the banks, pour salt water (you can add your favorite spices) and roll up. Keep them in a cool place, and you can take a sample only after 30 days. So the mushrooms are well salted, and they can be served on the table as a snack.

Picking mushrooms

Most people consider the most tasty pickled mushrooms. They are stored for a long time and are very pleasant to taste. To pickle 1 kg of mushrooms, the following ingredients will be required:

  • 1 liter of water;
  • 25 g of salt;
  • 30 ml of 9% vinegar;
  • cinnamon, bell pepper, sugar, bay leaf - to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. First rinse the mushrooms, removing debris and substandard fruit. If necessary, cut each mushroom into 2 or 4 pieces.
  2. Pour water into the pan; when it boils, toss the mushrooms and cook them for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the water, swing the mushrooms into a colander. Pour water into the pan, add the spices - bay leaf, pepper, sugar, salt, vinegar. Fold the mushrooms in it and cook them for 15 minutes.
  4. Wash the jars, sterilize them and spread mushrooms with marinade over them. Roll the jars with covers and cover them with a blanket. After 3 days, put them in a cool place. Bon Appetit!
