  • 200 g of salt.

  • 1 kg of beet;
  • 7 kg of cabbage:
  • 1 kg of carrots;
  • 200 g of salt;
  • 20 g black pepper;
  • 20 g of red pepper;
  • 5 bay leaves;
  • greens - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut cabbage with straws, beets and carrots on a large grater. Mix all vegetables, add salt, pepper, bay leaf. Chop the greens finely, send to the rest of the vegetables.
  2. Mix the vegetables well, try to squeeze them a little during this, so they let the juice.
