How can you prepare caviar from courgettes for the winter?

The preparation of caviar requires the following products:

  • 2 kg of courgettes;
  • 500 g of onion;
  • 1 kg of tomatoes;
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil;
  • salt, pepper, vinegar - to taste.

First of all, you need to prepare zucchini. If the skin of the fruit is soft, then you can not remove it, but when it is firm, it is better to clean the zucchini. Also, it will need to remove the seeds. After that, cut the squash cubes and put them in a pan with a thick bottom. Carrots grate, put out on vegetable oil and send to zucchini.

Onion cut into half rings, fry untilgolden color and throw into a saucepan to vegetables. With tomatoes, peel, cut into small pieces and put out on vegetable oil. After that, send the mass into a pan to the rest of the vegetables. Salt them, pepper, mix well, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 50 minutes. Then ground with a blender or meat grinder. How to make caviar from courgettes for dinner?

If you do not want to mess around with banks, you can docaviar from courgettes for lunch or dinner. It will take only 40 minutes, since the recipe is very simple. So, for the preparation of caviar the following components are required:

  • 2 zucchini;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper;
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 5 g of sugar;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Wash zucchini and cut into cubes,previously removing the seeds. Fold the vegetables in a kettle. Grind the onion, tomato, pepper and send them to zucchini. Carrots grate in a frying pan and fold in a cauldron. Put it on the fire, pour the oil and close the lid. Stew the vegetables on high heat for 10 minutes. Then salt and pepper them and stew for another 20 minutes under the closed lid, stirring the mass from time to time.

After this time, try caviar: if the vegetables are ready, you can serve the dish to the table. You can boil potatoes or rice.
