For a basic salad you will need:

  • 100 gr. fuchozy;
  • 60 gr. carrots in Korean (buy ready or cook yourself);
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil.

Boil the noodles, pour into a colander. Cut the cucumber into a thin thin saltcellar. Combine the noodles with carrots, cucumber, add soy sauce. With the help of a crusher, crush garlic cloves, mix them with butter and pour your salad.
