After 20 minutes we spread the meat on the hotpan (best cast iron) and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Next, add chopped onions and carrots, fry without a lid for 5 minutes, and then under the lid, stew for 40 minutes (you can add a little water). After 40 minutes our dish is ready.

How to cook a hare with sour cream in the oven

Ingredients:

  • Meat of hare - 1,5 kg
  • Sour cream 350 gr
  • Vinegar 6%
  • Onion 2 pcs
  • Water 700 ml
  • Black peppercorns
  • Salt
  • Lavrushka
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sugar

A well-washed lentil is cut into pieces of medium size.

Now we are preparing marinade. For this, we take water and add vinegar (to taste, so that the mixture does not turn out to be too acidic), laurel, pepper, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. We pour our marinade on our meat, add the onions cut into half rings and put it in the refrigerator or in a cold place for at least 12 hours.

We put the pickled meat along with the onionpan and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. After this time, take out the baking tray, grease all the sour cream and put it into the oven for 15 minutes. Ready meat can be served with anything, pre-watering the meat with the sauce with it.

How to cook a rabbit with mushrooms in a pot

It is necessary to take:
