How to bake beetroot in a microwave oven

This method of making beets is considered the easiest and fastest. We need:

  • Beet medium size (preferably with a smooth peel) -3-4 pcs.

  • Mayonnaise - 2 -3 tablespoons
  • Garlic-2 cloves
  • Cheese - 100 gr.
  • Salt, pepper (to taste)

Cooking method:
