Quite often in the cooking arisesthe need to separate the egg yolk from the protein. This is a simple procedure, which experienced culinary experts and housewives cope, but in the practice of a beginner master, there always arises the question of how to separate the protein.

We will study several ways how to separate the protein from the yolk of a raw egg. Perhaps, it will not happen immediately, but experience overcomes any problem and educates a professional.

Possible options

  • Option 1. Procedure make over the container, where you divide the egg. Hold it in your hand, split the shell with a knife or a blow to the container. Carefully with the fingers of two hands divide the egg into two halves, so that the yolk remains in one of them. Rolling the yolk from one part of the shell to another, the protein is drained into a container.
  • Option 2. You will need a small funnel, which can also be made from a sheet of paper, a cellophane bag. Install the funnel over a glass or cup, break the egg into it.   • Option 7. The method is very simple. Break the egg and pour it into your palm. The palm should be above the bowl. While holding the yolk in the palm of your hand, give the squirrel to flow between the fingers in the bowl located below.
