Preparation

Preparation

Defrost the fillets in natural conditions 2-3hour, before it having salted it. When the fillet is thawed, cut it into small pieces in 4-5 cm. Next, in butter, fry 2 finely chopped bulbs (until golden), along with chopped Bulgarian pepper and carrots. In a separate container, we mix the cream and beaten eggs.

Now take a deep frying pan on its bottomlay out an even layer of a mixture of toasted onions, carrots and peppers. Top with a little vegetable oil. After this, we decompose the fillet of pink salmon with small equal intervals between the pieces. On top, we fill the fish with a mixture of cream and eggs.
